gua sha (Gua – scrape, Sha – detox) is an ancient traditional Chinese healing technique passed down through the generations as a treatment to relieve muscle pain in the body, improve blood circulation, reduce inflammation and support the immune system.
It was then developed into a natural beauty technique for the face, neck and upper chest to:
- Release muscle tension
- Reduce lines around the mouth
- Smoothing fine lines and wrinkles
- Stimulates lymphatic movement
- Reduce puffiness on the face and around the eyes
- Improve skin tone, texture and elasticity
- Activates the skin’s natural ability to heal itself
- Tighten the eyelids and reduce dark circles and frown lines
- Tighten the neck and jaw line and reduce the jaw
- relieve congestion
- Reduce pigmentation/dark spots
- Improves vitality resulting in a radiant complexion
Some call it “natural botox” and a “natural face lift.” Unlike Botox which blocks all lines of communication between nerves and muscles, gua sha opens up the pathways of communication. Removes blockages, promotes optimal circulation of oxygen and vital nutrients, and drains excess fluid and cellular waste.
Aging of the skin is the result of lack of flow, stasis of lymph and accumulation of accumulation. This leads to the formation of fine lines, sagging skin and hyperpigmentation as well as inflammatory issues including acne, rosacea, and allergies.
Instead of freezing fine lines and numbing facial muscles, Gua Sha Creates Blood flow pathways and nutrients to support healthy skin, smooth out signs of aging, and create a healthy, radiant glow.
We have designed a gua sha tool and technique to practice at home.

Where did we study?
In 2017, we had the honor to study Gua Sha and Facial Rejuvenation with TCM Doctor Ping Zhang, a world-renowned practitioner of anti-aging and TCM. Dr. Zhang is the first MD in Oriental Medicine in the United States in the field of facial rejuvenation. She was trained by Professor of Chinese Medicine Dr. Cheng Zhang, a pioneer in acupuncture for facial rejuvenation.
Why did we design and manufacture our Gua Sha Tool?
Over the years, we have worked with a variety of gua sha tools and stones to develop our own facial rejuvenation techniques which include facial massage, gua sha, facial massage and lymphatic drainage. We have built these tools with these stones to provide the best support and improvement of our technology.
It is important to know and respect that Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese medicinal technique. We are not trained practitioners of TCM. We are holistic aesthetics experts, so we approach gua sha from a beauty perspective. We understand skin, how it works and how the combination of massage, gua sha and other techniques on the face, neck and upper chest can help restore inner balance resulting in firm, clear, radiant and vibrant skin.
Why does my gua Sha look a little different?
Each gua sha tool is unique in colour, grain and shade. There may be slight Disadvantages On the stone as it is manually Real rough stones. Since each stone is difficult to carve, there may be some irregularities.
