How Oprah Is Hitting the Reset Button on Her Health

When the new year comes, a long list of resolutions comes with it. But Oprah teaches us to be smart in her latest Instagram post.

Her biggest decision right now? Drink more water. “If you’ve been waiting for the right day, or the right time, or some kind of sign…this is the moment,” she captioned her latest photo. “Today is the day. Day one starts now! Join me on so we can press reset together and start 2022 on the right track! Goodbye two-week-old cake, welcome to the water.”

Director of Weight Watchers (WW) since October 2015, the 67-year-old has shared her journey with the program over the years, from her 40-pound weight loss in 2018 to the recipes she follows to stay on track. Although she may not be trying to lose 40 pounds in 2022, she has other goals to stay healthy (and hydrated!).
